Job summary

Mayo Clinic's Charter House in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care across care settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring resident safety and well-being.

The role requires an ACEN-accredited nursing degree and an active Minnesota RN license; one year of RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACEN-accredited associate degree or diploma in nursing.
• If ACEN accreditation not applicable, at least one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is required.
• If graduation was not within the last two years, one year of RN experience or one year of current LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is required.
• Active RN license issued by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards across care settings.
• Monitor and manage residents' health needs and supervise nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident care, education, and discharge needs.
• Accurately document skilled interventions reflecting clinical judgement and resident needs.
