Job summary

Mayo Clinic's Charter House retirement community in Rochester, MN seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide and assist with direct resident care, including activities of daily living and promoting wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Listed on MN Nursing Assistant Registry as a CNA.
• Minimum age 18.
• Previous geriatric experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being for the resident.
• Working awareness of state and federal regulations.
• Providing direct care duties in a timely manner, while interacting politely and professionally with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Cross training to float to other areas of Charter House.
