Job summary

Mayo Clinic's Charter House in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care in a vibrant retirement community.

You will assist residents with daily living, adhere to regulations, and work with an interdisciplinary team. Self-scheduling and 8-hour night shifts (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) are offered, with two weeks of daytime orientation. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote residents' well-being.
• Follow state and federal regulations in care delivery.
• Provide direct care duties and interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Cross train to float to other Charter House areas.
• Note: visa sponsorship not available; Mayo Clinic does not participate in F-1 STEM OPT.
