Charter House, Mayo Clinic’s retirement community in Rochester, MN, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and supportive resident care within a vibrant senior living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. Self-scheduling and flexible shifts are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certification required and must be listed on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and human relation skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress.
• Availability to work varied hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends with rotating days off.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and promote residents' well-being.
• Follow state and federal regulations relevant to nursing care.
• Provide direct care duties in a timely and respectful manner with residents, families, and staff.
• Cross-train to float to other areas of Charter House.
