Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN-accredited associate's degree or diploma program.
• If not ACEN-accredited, at least one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting in the last five years.
• If graduation not within last two years, one year of RN experience or one year of current Mayo Clinic LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered nursing care in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards.
• Monitor and manage residents’ health needs across multiple care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Accurately document skilled interventions to reflect clinical judgement and resident needs.

Education

ACEN-accredited program (associate's/diploma)

RN experience (1 year if ACEN not accredited)

RN experience or LPN at Mayo Clinic (if recent grad)

ACLS/BLS certification
