Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time position requires Minnesota RN licensure, with Evening/Night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am), a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, and rotating weekends/holidays. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and educate on health maintenance.
