Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases.

This full‑time position offers night shifts 4:00pm–4:30am, 72 hours every two weeks, with rotating weekends and holidays, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility). A Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, preference for CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA programs.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state and maintains required competencies.
• Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and communication with the care team.
