Job summary
Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care by applying the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team, and plans, implements and evaluates care to meet residents’ needs.
Evening/Night shift runs 4:00pm to 4:30am in a full-time 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents across all care phases.
- Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams; educate and support residents and delegates as needed.
