Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of care.

The role requires an RN license in Minnesota (or multistate) and a nursing degree. The facility offers night shifts with differential, a sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package; full and part-time

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various other nursing interventions across all phases of care.
