The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN, provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of care. The role involves coordination with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, and may include charge nurse duties as needed.

Qualified candidates hold an MN RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred. The position is full-time, with night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am), 72 hours bi-weekly, and weekend/holiday

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and education, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
