Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (4:00pm–4:30am) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule. Earn a $39–$48 hourly rate plus sign-on bonus and shift incentives, with robust benefits for full-time staff.

The RN will provide individualized care using the nursing process, coordinate with residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Minnesota licensure and ongoing competency are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state license under NLC.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications for department roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care"; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care concerns.
