Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care and coordinate services using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team across all phases of care.

The role requires an active MN RN license; night shift hours are 4:00pm–4:30am with bi-weekly 72-hour schedules and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
