Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse on a full-time night shift for a 26-bed medical unit serving adults with respiratory, cardiac and sepsis conditions. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered where applicable.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. BSN is required within four years, Montana RN license and BLS on hire; national certification preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within four years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license
• BLS certification at hire
• National certification in area of practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines and procedures.
