Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents across all stages of care. The role requires collaboration with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, resident assessment and education, with guidance from the Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state; multi-state licensure acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and a variety of nursing interventions.
