Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit, faith-based team. The RN will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents across all care phases, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.

The role includes potential to serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks, coordinating care, and supporting safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and resident education with families and the interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff.
