Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will follow the nursing process, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess residents, educate families, and coordinate care across shifts.

The role requires MN RN licensure; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Night shifts with competitive differential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessments, education and nursing interventions.
