Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Lakota Center provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure safe, quality care within state practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education; delegate tasks as needed.
