Qualifications

• 2–3 years of strong clinical nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site administrative and clinical resource leader for all hospital departments.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate patient care delivery utilizing the nursing process.
• Manage staffing adjustments, bed utilization, and patient throughput.
