Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services' Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Part-time House Supervisor – Registered Nurse to lead the Nursing Admin on the 8-hour night shifts on-site.

This role requires an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, and at least three years of acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.

You will oversee staff, monitor care quality, coordinate patient flow, and support after-hours procedures while maintaining excellent patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification on hire; ACLS within 30 days.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all staff on shift and ensures efficient operations.
• Conducts rounds to monitor care quality and patient flow.
• Directly provides patient care as needed within scope.
• Coordinates staffing and orientation of temporary agency personnel.
• Assists medical staff with after-hours procedures scheduling.
