Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse Night Shift Supervisor for the 7PM–7AM shift. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and ensure high-quality resident care throughout the night, coordinating with the Director of Nursing and leadership team.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing required.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility-wide nursing supervision and leadership during the 7PM–7AM shift.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
