Job summary

College Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a Night Shift House Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee hospital operations during the noc shift. You will interpret policy, identify problems, prepare reports, and drive improvements in nursing care while training staff and evaluating performance.

The role requires an RN license, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS certification, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• A Level One Fingerprint Card is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Address staffing issues and allocate personnel as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and address patient or family concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
