Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks an experienced Administrative Nursing Supervisor (House Supervisor) to provide leadership and operational oversight across the hospital during assigned shifts. This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care and supports nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

The position emphasizes coordination of hospital operations, staffing, and escalation of patient care concerns, while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• NM licensed RN required or out-of-state compact RN license.
• 5 years of relevant experience (acute care-tele or above) and/or leadership nursing experience.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate nursing staffing and patient placement to optimize patient flow and capacity management.
• Serve as the on-site administrative representative and resource for nursing staff, providers, patients, and families.
• Monitor quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
