Job summary

Presbyterian Health Services seeks an experienced Administrative Nursing Supervisor to provide hospital-wide clinical and operational leadership during shifts. This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, coordinates patient flow, and supports nursing and interdisciplinary teams across the organization.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule, sign-on and relocation bonuses for qualified candidates, and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and wellness

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• NM licensed RN or out-of-state compact RN.
• 5 years of relevant experience (acute care-tele or leadership)
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize patient flow within the hospital.
• Provide staffing oversight with department leadership.
• Respond to codes and incidents; act as leadership resource.
• Support, educate, coach, and mentor team members.
• Assist with death-related arrangements and office of medical investigators as needed.
