Job summary

AdventHealth in Cape Coral, FL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will assess patients across multiple dimensions, design and execute care plans, administer medications per orders, and educate families to support health outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and adherence to hospital protocols while benefiting from AdventHealth’s commitment to whole-person care and professional growth.

Qualifications

Must hold RN license and be eligible to practice in Florida.
Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
