Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Castle Rock, Colorado facility. This full-time night shift role requires delivering high‑quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and coordinating with medical teams to ensure safety and healing.

You will administer medications, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and participate in performance improvement activities while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• RN required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Fluent in English (read, verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reevaluate as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
