Qualifications

• RN license required; BLS certification required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient factors across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and document activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and outcomes.
• Respond to code situations and maintain a safe environment.
