Job summary

AdventHealth Littleton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Colorado. You will assess patients comprehensively, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Requires RN licensure, Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and BLS.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
