Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO is hiring an RN for full-time night shifts. Eligible RNs may earn up to 20% salary increases via the Clinical Ladder and qualify for a $10K sign-on for day shifts or $20K for night shifts, plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• RN required with active licensure.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document care activities and patient outcomes accurately.
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
