Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend Night shift at the St. Louis, MO location. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality care, efficient staffing, and strong collaboration with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

The RN will lead by example, mentor co-workers, and uphold Mercy standards while managing resources and implementing process improvements in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold Missouri RN license or compact licensure per state regulations.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care.
• Ensures appropriate staffing and patient flow for care delivery.
• Collaborates with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes.
• Demonstrates leadership and mentors colleagues to drive change and Mercy standards.
