Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license is required. BLS within 3 months; ACLS within 3 months.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in accordance with standards of practice.
• Lead a small team and mentor other staff within a unit or program.
