Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per standards and scope of practice.
• Lead a small team and mentor others; participate in governance and improvement activities.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to Trinity Health policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate compassionate, ethical, and respectful care across patient-centered health services.
