Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Iowa RN license; IL license if working in IL may be required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.
• Collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing services per standards and scope of practice.
• Lead a small team and mentor staff.
• Align practice with Trinity Health and MercyOne mission, values and quality standards.
