Job summary

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
BSN preferred.
Current Iowa RN license (IL license if working in IL) required.
BLS within three (3) months of hire.
ACLS within three (3) months of hire.
Proof of Mandatory Reporter training within six (6) months of hire.
Specialty practice certification is preferred.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Must possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring to inspire others.
