Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• 1 year of NICU RN experience preferred.
• Must handle high-stress, acute neonatal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the NICU team.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate families and support discharge planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other nurses when applicable.
