Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

New Grad Registered Nurse (RN)

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus Eligible

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

Schedule

3 twelve‑hour shifts: Days (7 a‑m – 7 p‑m) and Nights (7 a‑m – 7 p‑m) every other weekend.
