Sovah Health - Danville offers a New Graduate RN residency through Lifepoint Health. The 12-month program provides hands-on, structured support with three phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development.

You are automatically enrolled and paid throughout all phases, with a capstone project and dedicated preceptor guidance. The team-based environment supports high-acuity patient care.
