Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks an RN Clinic Supervisor for the Sleep Clinic to lead ambulatory patient care operations across two clinic locations. This 100% FTE, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule Monday through Friday with no holidays, onsite role.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operation management, supervising direct reports, onboarding and staff education, promoting evidence-based practice, coordinating across disciplines, and partnering with the Program Director on strategic initiatives while

Qualifications

• BSN required as minimum education.
• 2 years RN experience required; 1 year leadership preferred.
• RN license in Wisconsin required.
• BLS required upon hire; clinical certification preferred.

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI.

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of RN experience Required
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN licensed in the state where employed Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
