Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor for the Sleep Clinic to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate patient care in ambulatory settings, and maintain clinical standards of care.

This role supervises a team across two clinic locations, supports onboarding and ongoing education, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration within Sleep Medicine, and partners with the Program Director on strategic initiatives while reinforcing regulatory compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; RN licensed in the state where employed.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; 1 year of progressive leadership preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
• Promote onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines within Sleep Medicine.

Job description

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI.

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.
