Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the nursing leadership team. The role directs planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs, leads daily clinical operations, and oversees staff scheduling and performance.

You will manage budgets and FTE oversight, with opportunities for tuition support and professional growth within UW Health. Candidates should have a BSN (required) and a master’s in a related field is preferred; 3 years of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), Required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

• Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
• Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
