Job summary

University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation seeks an RN Clinic Supervisor for the Sleep Clinic. This 100% FTE, full-time salaried role runs typical hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, onsite at Madison locations.

A strong focus on coordinating patient care and leading two clinic sites will be essential. The position requires a BSN, RN licensure in Wisconsin, and 2 years of RN experience with 1 year in progressive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 2 years of RN experience required.
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience preferred.
• RN license in the state where employed required.
• Applicable clinical certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
• Promote onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among disciplines while serving as a nursing resource within Sleep Medicine.

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI.

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to:

• Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
• Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty of care.
• Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives
• Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities
