Job summary

University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking an RN Manager for Inpatient Med/Surg on the 5th Floor, in the Finance unit. This 100% FTE role runs Monday–Friday, typically 8:00am–4:30pm, with hours varying by department needs.

Work location is East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. You will direct planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs, lead daily clinical operations and coordinate patient care services, and oversee staffing, scheduling and

• BSN required.
• Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Three years of clinical experience required.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), Required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

• Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
• Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
