Cynet Health is seeking an RN for a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit on a 13-week night shift. You'll cover 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30), float to other units as needed, and support high-acuity patients with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratios.
Requirements include active RN license, 2+ years MS/Tele experience, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications, and EPIC charting proficiency. Urology/vascular experience is a plus.

Description:The position requires working night shifts for three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.Floating to other units may be necessary based on census needs.Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, which may vary based on operational demands.This is a Medical-Surgical floor that allows the care of patients with various diagnoses.The unit specializes in a vascular and urology patient population.The average length of stay for patients is one to two days.Nurses will receive patients from Post Anesthesia Care Unit, transfers from Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department.The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 on both day and night shifts.Support staff is available on both shifts to assist under the direction of the Registered Nurse.The responsibilities include managing 5-6 medical-surgical patients with non-monitor needs.Duties include performing dressing changes and providing care for patients with wound vacs and drains.Competency in the required certifications and the ability to pass an EKG exam during pre-start modules is mandatory.Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
