Locals accepted within a 50-mile radius.Preferred: BSN.Must be able to start IV lines and draw labs.BCLS and ACLS certifications required.Pending license is acceptable; active license must be obtained before starting.This facility is a certified Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center with a focus on providing urgent, primary, specialty, and emergency care.The unit offers a range of support services including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and Pharmacy.Patient diagnoses include joint replacements, fractures, post-operative neurosurgery, strokes, and a variety of medical-surgical conditions.Required skills include managing blood product administration, phlebotomy, and telemetry monitoring.Additional responsibilities include wound care and various post-operative care procedures.The patient ratio is 5:1 during all shifts.Float requirements and on-call duties have not been established for this position.Modules completed during orientation time are recorded through the designated platform.
