Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN - Medical Surgical (MS) to float between surgical and medical units in Little Rock. This 13-week assignment requires a night shift with 12-hour rotations and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

The role includes total care without aides, occasional telemetry readings, and a charge nurse on each shift to guide assignments. Current license and BLS required; scrub policies and unit rotations are part of the workflow.

Description:Float Pool between various surgical and medical units.1:6 patient ratios.Total care provided without patient care assistants.Occasional strip reading for telemetry.Total bed count of 128.Charge nurse present on each shift and also takes an assignment.Nurse aides/patient care technicians are available with variable ratios.Respiratory support is readily available for equipment needs.Assignment of staff based on clinical needs rather than self-scheduling.Weekend requirement is every other weekend.No holiday requirement.No call or standby requirements.Floating required to any medical/surgical pod.Scrub color is navy and scrubs are not provided.Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts of cancellation per 13-week assignment.Charting system in use is transitioning to a new electronic health record system.
