Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Pulaski, Tennessee seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week Medical/Surgical assignment. Shifts run 19:00–07:30 with 12-hour durations. Requires 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience and an active RN license combined with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

You may float to ICU, OB, ER, or medical detox as needed on a 1:5 patient ratio, using EHRs and various medical equipment. All required certifications must be current before starting the assignment.

Description:This is a Medical/Surgical nursing position.The facility includes a 95-bed acute care unit.Clinical staff will engage with a diverse patient population, including geriatric and adult patients.Patients typically include a small number of pediatric cases annually.Staff will be required to float to various departments as needed, including medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER.The RN to patient ratio is generally 1:5.Common tasks include utilizing various medical equipment and electronic health records.The dress code allows for any scrub color, while printed scrubs are not permitted.Professionalism is essential for success in this role.All required certifications must be obtained prior to starting the assignment.Mandatory registry checks will be performed prior to the start date.Weekend rotations will occur every other weekend, with potential for additional scheduling based on needs.Candidates should have experience and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
