Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN - Medical/Surgical for a 13-week assignment in Sapulpa, OK. The night shift runs 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM and each shift is 13 hours. The role provides direct nursing care per policy and coordinates care across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years RN experience, current RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH certification, and strong clinical judgment. Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
