Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN - MS to join our Med-surg Adult team in Wisconsin. This 13-week assignment requires night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM and 12-hour shifts, providing an opportunity to work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a current state nursing license, CPR/BLS certification, and flu vaccination. Education verification is required, and nurses may float to other units as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and state laws/practice act.Document according to standards of care.Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by the physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction.Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance.Utilize clinical expertise to guide other units/departments in support of the patient’s longitudinal plan of care.Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escal
