Description:The unit has 36 beds and a staff of 55 employees.Day shift includes 1 clinical coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 techs, and 1 unit secretary.Night shift includes 1 clinical coordinator, 6 RNs, and 2 techs.Patient ratios are 1:6.Equipment used includes Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, and SCDs.The electronic medical record system is Meditech.Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude.Strong patient advocacy is essential.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.Dress code requires navy blue and white scrubs.Hoodies, pull-overs, and T-shirts are not allowed.The unit is recognized for top patient experience scores.
