Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced RN - MS for a 13-week night assignment on a Medical-Surgical unit, focusing on high-acuity care and telemetry. Comprehensive charting through Epic is required, along with infection control and protocol adherence.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience and an active license are required; BLS/NIHSS certifications are preferred, ACLS also preferred. Weekend and holiday coverage may be needed; nurses may be asked to float to other units if necessary.

Description:Nights, 3x12 hour shifts with weekends and holidays as needed.Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine fit.If clinical requirements are met and within guidelines, candidates will be sent for final decision.Manager will interview qualified candidates.Travelers must comply with a maximum of 7 days of requested time off.Additional floating may be required to other units if needed.Candidates could care for COVID patients.Facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free environment.Primary patient focus includes pulmonary conditions, high acuity medical surgical beds, and IMCU patients.The unit caters to a variety of diagnoses, including end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, and stroke overflow.Travelers should expect to care for patients with insulin drips and other high-acuity medical needs.All candidates must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing medical surgical patient care, including telemetry.Pediatric experience is not required.Compliance with facility protocols, including infection control practices, is essential.Additional skills include managing central lines, administering blood products, and wound care management.A clear understanding of patient ratios and care requirements is necessary for the role.Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in the use of medical equipment and technology relevant to patient care.
