Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med Surg/Cardiology unit in Birmingham, AL. This 13-week assignment runs 3x12-hour shifts, from 06:45 to 19:15, with 1:6 patient ratios and a focus on pre- and post-Heart Catheterization care.

Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least 2 years of acute care experience; BLS and NIHSS are required. The unit uses an electronic medical record system; flexibility and teamwork are essential as staff float to meet unit

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN acute care experience.
• Med Surg/Cardiology experience preferred.
• Active RN license; BLS and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Care for pre- and post-Heart Catheterization patients along with general cardiology patients.
